A few months ago, one of our customers approached us to choose two of our favourite office chairs for a ‘chair line-up’.
Their chair line-up consisted of a range of chairs from multiple suppliers across our business sector. The two chairs supplied by Officeworx were chosen by the staff at the company as a favourite for style, comfort and price point. We were delighted to receive this feedback.
During the selection process, our customer decided they would ideally like the chairs to be manufactured in their corporate colours. Unfortunately, this was not possible with the stock colours available. However, we always try our very best to meet our customers’ needs, so following a meeting with Revilo Trade we were able to produce two sample chairs in custom fabrics. Teal and grey fabrics were selected from the Camira fabric range as the closest match to the corporate colours of the company.
Our customer, as previously mentioned, had two winning chairs in their chair lineup, so it was decided that we would have one unique colour per chair style. This would also make it easier for each employee within the company to identify which chair they would like, so future chair orders could be simplified.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing excellent service to our customers, we successfully delivered 80 bespoke fabric chairs in December. The chairs have been such a hit with all of the employees at the company that we have received multiple follow-on orders for the chairs, we have a new batch of 20 chairs being delivered in January.
