Which paper product should I order?

Paper prices have already increased by 25% across our industry this year, with this in mind we have added some further paper choices into our ‘first choice’ Officeworx range.  Our three most popular A4 copier papers for 2022 are Whitebox, Xerox EcoPrint, and Xerox Recycled. Whitebox 70gsm

Whitebox 70gsm paper is currently our cheapest paper product but this can fluctuate with the volatile market. There is no guarantee of the quality or sourcing of the A4 copier product. The thickness of the Whitebox paper can change per shipment from the mill, resulting in the end product being different every time a customer places an order.  It is a great budget paper product for in-house printing of memos, documents, and printed emails.

Xerox EcoPrint

Xerox Ecoprint is our most popular standard A4 copier paper, which Officeworx have been selling to our customer base for many years. This paper is a multi-purpose paper that offers consistent Xerox performance for everyday use. It is lightweight at 75gsm suitable for all copying and laser printing applications. The EcoPrint paper is a trusted paper by many of our customers due to its reliability and brand power.

Xerox Recycled

Xerox Recycled 80gsm is a low whiteness paper is made from 100% post-consumer waste and is ideal for everyday home or office printing. It’s de-inked without bleaching, which means it has not been processed with lots of chemicals which is harmful to the environment. The paper is free from optical brightening agents and has the appearance of a newspaper or book finish. A benefit of un-bleached paper is that it allows you to visually send a strong message to customers and suppliers that the paper you use is recycled. Another benefit of the paper colour is that text is easier to read as there is less glare, helping people with dyslexia, migraines and sensory impairments.

There is now minimal difference in the price between recycled and the standard copier paper, so it is a great time to make the switch, helping your businesses improve it’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
