Trading since 1980 with many longstanding members of the Officeworx team we have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with the team.
Rob Adkins
Managing Director and Sales
Rob joined his father at Officeworx (formerly System Print) in 1997 and became Managing Director following Peter’s retirement in 2005.
Over the years, Rob has been the friendly voice at the end of the phone, supporting customers with his extensive knowledge of stationery products. He has a talent for sourcing the best deals across stationery, packaging, and furniture supplies, and is always proactive in finding alternative solutions to help customers stay within budget.
Paul Berry
Techinical Director
In 2001, Paul launched his own business, Netcomm UK, providing network cabling solutions to businesses and schools across Gloucestershire and beyond. After successfully partnering with Officeworx on a number of projects, he merged with the company in 2009, enabling the business to offer a complete office solution under one roof.
Paul has extensive knowledge of Category 5e/6 structured cabling, fibre optic systems, CCTV, and wireless access points. He enjoys helping customers with new projects but is also key in helping customers find faults and solutions on current infrastructure which needs upgraded with our support. In 2015, Paul also launched sister company Finn Telecom to strengthen the group’s telecommunications offering, supporting customers with analogue and digital phone systems, hosted telephony, and broadband services.
Kate Berry
Print Sales
Kate joined her father and brother in the family business in 2005, initially supporting office supplies sales and helping within the print division. As the office environment has evolved over the years, Kate has taken on a more active role as head of the print division, where she specialises in promotional products, large format print and traditional promotional materials such as flyers, signage and business cards.
More recently, Kate has trained in graphic design, enabling her to offer customers expert design support. This allows her to manage the entire branding process in-house, streamlining workflows and removing the need for third-party involvement.
Martin Croucher
Installation Engineer
Martin studied a Computer Science degree at university which lead him into his career path as an IT installation engineer. He has worked alongside Paul since 2005 and officially joined the Officeworx team following the merger with Netcomm UK.
He plays a key role within our IT division and is a primary contact for many schools across Gloucestershire. Martin specialises in wireless access points, CCTV systems, and fibre optic cabling, and takes pride in helping customers find the right technical solution for their needs.
When not on-site supporting installations, Martin can often be found in the office researching new industry products to help maintain and strengthen our position within the infrastructure market.
Howard Law
Business Development and HR
Howard joined Officeworx in 2017, bringing with him 25 years of retail experience. He took on the role of Business Development and HR Support, where his strong understanding of customer service helps ensure, all customer feel supported when using our services.
Since the opening of our chair showroom and plan printing service within the office, Howard has become a key member of the team, regularly meeting with customers to offer advice and guidance when selecting products and fulfilling print requests.
Les Reed
Delivery Driver
Les has worked in the office supplies industry since 1978 and joined Officeworx in 1995. Over the years, he has seen the office environment evolve significantly and has supported customers with their office supplies, furniture, and packaging requirements.
Les enjoys building strong relationships with customers and, since the Covid-19 pandemic, has taken on the role of our primary delivery driver. His long-standing customer relationships and in-depth knowledge of the county help us deliver a personal service using our own fleet of vehicles.
Les is always willing to go the extra mile, including placing deliveries in specific locations within schools and business premises whenever required.
Katie Weyman
Marketing Manager and Sales
Katie has been a valued member of the Officeworx team since 2010 after studying her degree at Worcester University. Beginning her career as a Marketing Intern and now progressing to Marketing Manager. Over the years, she has played a key role in delivering a wide range of successful promotional campaigns.
In addition to her marketing expertise, Katie supports customer sales and takes pride in helping clients find the right office furniture solutions whether that’s managing full office refits or simply selecting the perfect new chair.
Carly and Evie
Carly and Evie are two of the most popular members of the Officeworx team. They are the first “team members” everyone is greeted by when entering the office, they have become firm favourites with both staff and visitors alike.
They are experts at winning attention (and plenty of fuss) from customers and have even managed to persuade the postman into providing a daily treat during his deliveries. Their friendly presence adds to the welcoming atmosphere at Officeworx every day and contributes towards the healthy wellbeing of the Officeworx team.
