This means to us, that we are now not part of any buying groups influencing what we buy and who we buy it from. We have always felt very misplaced within a buying group because of the unique way we operate and our additional service areas of print solutions, networking and IT services.
It means to you, our customer, that we now have an extended assortment of products on our webstore offering greater choice and value. Bespoke pricing becomes more flexible hereby we can reach out to more suppliers to source the best price. Our marketing campaigns and promotions will continue to be unique, fun and customer engaging. Social media and email content remains with our personality at its heart. There are a lot of business suppliers that supply the same items and look and feel the same. Officeworx have always been unique, and this helps us to continue our diverse journey into bringing you the breadth of products you want and the to ability offer you better savings by shopping smarter. We sell everything for the workplace environment. We know our customers and we carefully select our suppliers which makes Officeworx the perfect combination to source even the most bespoke product. The industry standard has traditionally been for all deliveries to be made next day regardless of the environmental impact or physical cost. We have become increasingly aware that next-day deliveries aren’t always essential or expected and we want to break away from the norm by consolidating deliveries where we can. We will still offer a next day service if required, just let us know what suits you best.
